Pricing FAQ

What is the £36.85 initial assessment fee for? The £36.85 initial assessment fee covers the submission of your assessment and the time spent by our team reviewing the information you provide. This initial review allows us to: Understand your workplace situation Assess whether we are able to offer further guided workplace advice Consider the scope and time required should you wish to proceed Although this stage does not include ongoing guidance, it still requires time to carefully review your circumstances and respond with a clear quotation for any further guided advice. The £36.85 fee represents the minimum charge for us to receive, review, and assess your submission and confirm next steps.

Does the £36.85 include advice or representation? No. The £36.85 covers the submission and initial review only. It does not include ongoing guidance or advise. Additionally, we do not offer representation. If further guided workplace advice can be offered, this will be quoted separately and is entirely optional.

Am I required to continue after the initial assessment? No. There is no obligation to proceed beyond the initial assessment. Once your assessment has been reviewed, you can decide whether or not to continue after receiving a quotation for any further guided advice.

How do you decide whether further guidance can be offered? This decision is based on: The information provided in your assessment The nature and scope of the situation The time required to review and respond appropriately In some cases, we may confirm that we are unable to offer further guidance. In such instances, the initial assessment fee still applies, as time has been spent reviewing your submission.

How are follow-up guidance fees calculated? Follow-up fees are based on the time required to review your situation in more detail and provide guided workplace advice for you to consider. Fees reflect: Time spent reviewing information and documents Consideration of the circumstances Preparation and delivery of structured guidance Fees are charged for time spent, not for outcomes or results.

Do you guarantee outcomes or results? No. We do not guarantee outcomes, results, or success. Guidance is provided for consideration only, and decisions taken following guidance remain your responsibility

Why do prices vary between clients? Every workplace situation is different. Some cases require more time, detail, or consideration than others. This is why follow-up guidance is quoted individually, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Once work has begun on an assessment or guidance, fees are non-refundable, as they reflect time already spent reviewing your submission. If you decide not to proceed beyond the initial assessment, no further charges will apply.

Why do you charge upfront for the initial assessment? The initial assessment still requires time, consideration, and review by our team. Charging upfront ensures we can: Give each submission proper attention Avoid rushed or surface-level reviews Respond fairly and consistently to all enquiries This approach allows us to provide a considered and transparent service from the outset.

What are your typical follow-up fees? Follow-up guidance is quoted individually based on the time required. Secondary fees typically start from £75 and, in most cases, do not exceed £150. Any fee will always be confirmed and agreed with you in advance before any further work begins.
